LA CABANE À POTERIE

ATELIER CRÉATIF

La cabane à poterie

Located in the heart of Old La Prairie, La Cabane à poterie is a creative studio where art, well-being, and meaningful human connection come together through pottery and arts & crafts.

Our mission is to provide a warm and inclusive space where artistic expression becomes a tool for renewal, self-confidence, and community building. Whether you’re looking to explore your creativity, feel more connected, develop your skills, or simply participate in an enriching moment, our studio is wide open to you.

Curious beginners, creative minds, and seasoned potters are all invited to shape clay and build connections through our classes, workshops, and membership plans.

A creative partnership

La cabane à poterie is a south shore studio led by creative partners, Marlyn and Wendy. They bring together diverse life experiences, and their collaboration is built on shared purpose and creativity. Together, they’ve shaped La cabane à poterie into a welcoming space where community and inspiration meet.

Wendy Bishop

Wendy Bishop's artistic vision was shaped through her fine art studies at Vancouver’s Emily Carr, where her deep appreciation for light, form, and the natural world took root. That creative foundation continues to shine through in her handcrafted work, which reflects a deep reverence for artistic tradition and history. As an art director and a fine artist, Wendy brings precision, imagination, and purpose to everything she creates. Ceramics and painting remain her most powerful forms of expression.
